A New Malaysia

Debat antara ketua de facto PKR Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim dan Menteri Penerangan Dato’ Ahmad Shabery Cheek pada 15 Julai 2008 di Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka yang pada awalnya dirancang selama 90 minit dan disiarkan secara ‘Live’ menerusi TV3 dan Astro Awani, berubah aturcara rancangan yang julung-kali diadakan itu pada saat-saat akhir !

Debat itu kini dipendekkan waktu perbahasannya dari 90 minit ke 52 minit dan saluran penyiarannya ditukar dari TV3 ke TV9.

Jelas sekali bahawa perubahan yang berlaku ini adalah bertujuan untuk menyekat kemunculan Dato’ Seri Anwar di kaca televisyen setelah kerajaan BN merasai tergugatnya mereka dengan pendedahan Dato’ Seri Anwar khususnya berkaitan isu kenaikan harga minyak.

Sekiranya kerajaan BN berprinsipkan semangat demokratik dan menghormati kebebasan maklumat khususnya untuk pengetahuan rakyat, seharusnya tidak memendekkan waktu debat dan saluran penyiaran malah membenarkan waktu debat yang lebih panjang agar rakyat memperolehi maklumat-maklumat berkenaan dengan kenaikan harga minyak. Siaran secara ‘Live’ juga harus meliputi saluran-saluran nasional seperti RTM1 & RTM2 supaya lebih ramai rakyat dapat menyaksikan debat perdana itu.

Namun apa yang berlaku adalah terpesong dengan manifesto pilihanraya umum ke-12 BN. Mereka memendekkan waktu debat adalah untuk menyekat penerangan Dato’ Seri Anwar kepada rakyat berhubung isu kenaikan harga minyak dan isu-isu berhubung-kait dengannya seperti gejala rasuah di dalam kerajaan BN dan isu kronisme Pak Lah dan juga isu-isu berkaitan dengan Najib seperti pembunuhan Altantuya dan dakwaan liwat.

Akhir kata, kerajaan BN takut pada Dato’ Seri Anwar dan risau kedudukan mereka akan tergugat berikutan debat ini.

TV3 melaporkan Pak Lah sebagai berkata para bloggers yang mengkritik dan menuduh pemimpin -pemimpin kerajaan BN adalah Pengkhianat ! Menurut Pak Lah lagi, media Internet seperti Youtube, blogs dan sebagainya disalahgunakan oleh golongan tertentu bagi merosakkan imej mereka !

Saya ingin memberi amaran kepada Pak Lah bahawa jangan dengan sewenang-wenangnya menuduh kami, bloggers sebagai Pengkhianat Negara ! Tuduhan-tuduhan yang dilimpahkan ke atas pemimpin-pemimpin Kerajaan BN itu kalau tidak berasas, tunjukkan bukti yang kukuh !

Saya mencabar Pak Lah agar buktikan setiap tuduhan yang dikaitkan ke atasnya dan juga barisan pimpinannya.

Sekiranya kes pembunuhan Altantuya tidak mempunyai kaitan dengan pemimpin BN, iaitu Najib (seperti yang dilaporkan oleh Raja Petra), kenapa rekod imigresen (ketibaan dan perlepasan) Altantuya dan keluarganya hilang ? kenapa gambar Altantuya bersama Najib yang diketengahkan oleh keluarga Altantuya di mahkamah diabaikan ? kenapa Najib tidak disoal-siasat apabila tuduhan ke atasnya oleh pelbagai pihak ?

Lagi kalau kerajaan BN tidak berasuah (seperti tuduhan Pakatan Rakyat), kenapa tidak buktikan dengan bukti-bukti ? kenapa tidak menjelaskan secara profesional ke mana pendapatan Petronas dibelanjakan ?

Segalanya harus dijawab oleh pemimpin-pemimpin BN satu per satu. Sekiranya kamu gagal menjawab dengan menampilkan bukti-bukti yang kukuh, kamulah yang sebenarnya PENGKHIANAT NEGARA !!!

Last month, Najib was alleged to be involved in the Murder of Altantuya by Raja Petra ! The allegation was actually purported in 2006 with lots of evidence that involved Najib including photo taken of Najib and Altantuywhich was presented to the court by Altantuya’s sister.

Today Najib was alleged to be involved in the Sodomy Allegation by the aide of Anwar Ibrahim (as per the statement made by Anwar’s wife Azizah yesterday).

The question that the people may need to  think on is why the above 2 allegations are related to Najib but not others, like Abdullah nor Muhidin Yasin ?

The people has the wisdom to judge !!!

The latest desperate attempt to dignity Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim by the BN Regime will not us to proceed !

This attempt is not only to kill Anwar’s political career but we look at it as to threaten Anwar’s life as the BN Regime wants him to be killed in order to prevent the reformation of Malaysia political !

The allegation was lodged in accordance with Anwar’s planning to lodge a police report imputing allegedly damning conduct to present Inspector-General of Police Musa Hassan and current Attorney-General Gani Patail in connection with the manipulation of evidence in the corruption and sodomy cases of a decade ago against Anwar.

The supporters were told to remain calm and do not act against law as that would give more apportunities for the BN Regime to conquer us.

Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim is now still in the country and he is safe.

During the review of 9th NEP on Thursday, Pak Lah has announced to postpone 2 Penang Mega Project - Penang Outer Ring Road (PORR) and Monorail. This was an irresponsible decision by the BN Government.

Obviously the 2 projects has been postponed due to Penang is taken over by Pakatan Rakyat after March 08 G.Election.

This is a punishment to Penang Rakyat as they did not vote for BN. Therefore this is what they are doing as to Threaten and remind Penang rakyat to vote for BN in the next G.Election.

HOWEVER, WE WOULD LIKE TO DECLARE WE WILL NOT QUAIL TO BN’S THREATENING !!!
WE WILL NOT ONLY VOTE FOR PAKATAN RAKYAT IN THE NEXT G.ELECTION, WE WILL ALSO TO TOPPLE BN AND REPLACE BY PAKATAN RAKYAT TO RULE THE COUNTRY !!!

With the announcement made by the President of SAPP Datuk Yong Teck Lee to move the motion of no-confidence against Abdullah early this week, it is the mark of the start of another wave of political tsunami in Malaysia !

For the 1st time ever in the history of Malaysia Politic, the component party of BN declared “no-confidence” to the Primer which I personally respect and salute for his braveness !

With the significant move of SAPP, there will be up coming announcement to quit BN by others component parties of BN in Sabah and Sarawak.

According to Datuk Yong Teck Lee, more component parties will be announcing their move in this Saturday.

As the time I’m writing this article, I’m actually in Lahad Datu, Sabah for business purpose. With 4 days I’m here, I totally understand and agreed with what had SAPP decided. There is no entertainment centre like cinema, plaza or mall, no systematic infrastructure like highway, train or LRT. I was told that it takes 2 hours (by car) to go to Tawau with the distance approximately 120km. And it needs 8 hours to go to Kota Kinabalu (equals to the time taken from Penang to Johor).

Therefore, I won’t be surprised if the people in Sabah and Sarawak wanted to topple the BN Governement who did nothing to them in the past 50 years.

Today the BN Government Cabinet has decided to cut 10% of ministers & deputy ministers allowance with effect from 01 July 2008. A total saving of RM2 billion a year from this move was a “symbolic” commitment (insignificant) from the BN Government as it was only 2.86% from the huge profit of Petronas in 2007.(http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/84208)

We are looking for the Elimination of Corruption throughout the whole Government Departments especially at the level of Ministers !!! We don’t mind to maintain the allowance or even increase the salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers if the corruption which critically harmed the country has been solved entirely !!!

             
As a gasoline producing country, Malaysia’s fuel which under the management of Petronas has gained RM700 million since it was formed in 1974. So what have the Malaysian got from that ? Nothing but the hike of gasoline price.

Petronas’s profit for year 2007 was RM70 billion (RM70,000,000,000) and is expected to gain RM80 ~ RM90 billion (RM90,000,000,000) this year ?

So now, where has the profit goes to ??? We are looking for BN Government’s answer. However the Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak as well as the primer Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi dare not accept the challenge from Pakatan Rakyat to go for a public debate.

Petronas has made huge profit from the petroleum which was given by God to Malaysian (not BN Government), but the Malaysian have to suffer in paying high petrol.

Gasoline price increased from RM1.92 to RM2.70, a hike of RM0.78 or 40%. Rumour says there will be another time of hike which is expected to be announced on August 2008 and it is predicted that the BN Government will put it as “floating-Rate”. If this happened, the petrol price will goes up to RM4.00++ per litre.

Pak Lah’s 5th year in ruling the country, had brought to us an increase of 100% of fuel price !!!
During the hand-over from Tun Dr. Mahathir to Pak Lah in 2003, the oil price was at RM1.35 per litre.

With the increase of oil price & eletricity tariff, the people’s live will damnly be affected. And this is the beginning of Malaysian’s nightmare, there will be price hikes in commodity, food and public transportation !!!

I condemn Pak Lak’s statement during the annoucement this afternoon, he quoted that the BN Government can’t satisfy everyone (http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/83959). He said he was doing it in the best interest of the people. You are doing the best interest of the people by increasing petrol price ??? What a funny statement you have made. None of Malaysian satisfy with this move !!! You want us to change our lifestyle and be prudent following today’s hike, but you and your government keep splurging people’s money !!!

If this is the BEST you can do for us (which we are totally not satisfy at all), we want you and your government to quit now !!! The responsibility of Government is not to torture the people. If your BN government not be able to rule the country in more effective way, we would like to change the government !!!!

Wahai the people of Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Melaka, Sabah & Sarawak, this is what you have got from the government that you elected on  March 8th !!! Please awake now !!! You had made a very big mistake which cruelly kill yourself and the rest !!!!

Let us now urge the BN Government to step down and replace by Pakatan Rakyat Government !!!!
