A New Malaysia

Continuation from the rape & murder case of young lady named Juliet Chee Gaik Yap which was published on 30 April, there is 1 more similar case which is also yet to be caught the murderer by the Royal Police of Malaysia. 

Ooi Choo Lee, 22 year old from Yan, Kedah was brutally raped and murdered on the night of 28 July 2007 ! The past Choo Lee’s body was found sprawled nakedly at the bathroom by her father, Ooi Ah Nam around 2.30 midnight.

It was done by Acquaintance, said Police
Choo Lee was found strangled at her neck by towel, which was the main factor causing to her death ! Her Proton Wira, purse and mobile phone  were found lost. However, around 1 thousand cash at the saloon’s drawer was still available. According to Police, sperm was found at the bathroom !
Strangely, the Proton Wira had been returned by the next morning. Therefore police suspected that it could be done by acquaintance.

Afterall, with lots of evidence detected at the spot. Why there is no murderer been caught ?? There were few suspects been detained for investigation, all of them had been released later.

With Sperm at the spot, still not be able to identify who did it ???
With the evidence of sperm at the murder spot, I can’t understand why is Police still not be able to identify suspects involved at least if not murderer ???
According to the sister, there is no case report nor development report been forwarded to the family on the progress of her sister. There is no information from the police on the DNA test to the suspects which were released after the testing.

We want Justice !
According to the family, they are looking for justice ! They want the murderer to be brought to the justice and to face the equivalent sentences !!!
I’m here to call for the attention and commitment from the Royal Police of Malaysia to take necessary, initiative and progressive actions to continue the investigation of both murder cases that we unveilled !!! One of the roles and responsibilities of police is to keep the country safe and peace, but the people is now in fear to stay or to go out for daily activities !
PKR Sidam branch will from now on to follow up with the respective police representatives on the progress of both cases. The progress report will then be published to the public !

Meanwhile, we also looking for public’s assistance to provide information pertaining to both cases. We would like to call for witnesses of both cases to come forward to tell the truth. If you have information pertaining to the murder cases above, you may call 012-500 9088 (Steven).

We’re here to urge the police to quicken their actions in the investigation of suspects and to bring the 2 murder cases come out in the wash and to pay the victim a justice !

Pada 15 January 2006, Kelab Golf Cinta Sayang yang berlokasi di Sungai Petani, Kedah telah menjadi tumpuan seluruh Malaysia. Kes pembunuhan seorang gadis yang berusia 25 tahun telah menggegarkan satu Malaysia. Chee Gaik Yap (juga dikenali sebagai Juliet) telah dirogol and dibunuh seterusnya dicampak mayatnya di tepi jalan di luar pagar kelab berkenaan. 
2006年1月15日，吉大双溪大年青松岭高尔夫球俱乐部受到了全马的关注。一名25岁少女朱玉叶残遭先奸后杀后尸体被遗棄于俱樂部外的道路旁轰动了整个马来西亚！

Ekoran daripada kejadian ini, 18 lelaki (termasuk kakitangan kelab berkenaan) yang disyaki terbabit telah ditangkap bagi membantu siasatan. Namun kesemuanya telah dilepaskan setelah pemeriksaan DNA. 
警方前后扣留了18名嫌犯(包括该俱樂部员工)。所有嫌犯在测验后被释放.                 　

Tiada perkembangan dari Polis
警方没有进展
Kini kes ini 2 tahun berlalu, tetapi siasatan Polis masih tidak mempunyai sebarang perkembangan. Menurut bapa mangsa Chee Ah Sau, pihak polis seakan-akan sudah berhenti membuat siasatan. Beliau yang tidak pernah berputus-asa  dalam memburu pembunuh yang kejam itu berkata “Sejak kematian anak kesayangan saya, hampir setiap minggu saya berkunjung ke Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Kuala Muda dan berjumpa dengan Ketua Polis Daerah Kuala Muda bagi mendapatkan perkembangan terbaru kes. Namun harapan saya setiap kali dihampakan ! Saya dimaklumkan setiap kali yang siasatan kes pembunuhan anak saya masih yang siasatan. Alasan ini telah digunakan sepanjang 2 tahun ini. Saya kecewa dengan makluman Ketua Polis Daerah itu ! Saya juga kecewa dengan tindakan and siasatan Polis yang pasif itu ! Mereka tidak langsung merasa sedih dan sakit akan pembunuhan kejam anak saya !”Katanya lagi “Yang saya minta, keadilan bagi anak saya” ! 

2年已过去了,但是警方并没有任何有关案件的进展. 根据死者父亲朱亚寿, 警方似乎已经停止调查此案件了.但他还是永不放弃的追寻真凶. “自我爱女被奸杀的那一天起,我几呼每星期都到瓜啦姆拉总警局去拜见瓜啦姆拉总警长哈欣阿里追问有关案件之最新进展. 但我每次都很失望的回家. 警方每次都以’正在调查’为借口. 我对瓜啦姆拉总警长很失望,也对警方被动的态度很失望! 他们根本没有感受到我女儿被杀的难过心情. 我要的是为我女儿讨回一个公道!

Begitulah keluhan seorang bapa yang kehilangan anak kesayangannya ! Walaupun kejadian itu telah 2 tahun berlalu, namun keluarga Encik Chee masih merindui Juliet. Katanya ” Kalaulah kes ini terjadi pada keluarga anggota Polis, apakah perasaan mereka ? Mungkinkah mereka akan pasif dan duduk begitu sahaja ?”
一位疼爱自己女儿父亲的心声. 虽然女儿已离开2年多了, 可是家还是很想念她. 朱父亲说 “如果这发生在警察家属身上，他们会有何感受？他们会坐视不理吗？

Harap perhatian rakyat & media, beri tekanan polis percepatkan siasatan
希望得到人民与媒体注视，施压警方加速调查
Oleh yang demikian, harapan beliau agar masyarakat Malaysia yang prihatin pada menolong dengan cara semangat MAKKAL SAKTHI (Kuasa Rakyat) bagi memberi tekanan kepada pihak polis supaya mengambil inisiatif dan lebih aresif dengan mempercepatkan usaha memburu pembunuh yang tidak berperikemanusiaan itu.
所以朱父亲希望有同情心的大马人民能够利用’人民力量’施压于警方以让他们能更主动，積極和尽快调查以便将擒兽不如的真凶告上法庭面对制裁！

Marilah sama-sama kita rakyat Malaysia menolong keluarga yang malang ini. Lebihkan comment dan maklum-balas dan perbanyakkan article-article yang menuntut pihak polis bagi mempercepatkan siasatan dan memburu pembunuh atau individu-individu yang disyaki terlibat dalam kes pembunuhan ini seterusnya dihadapkan ke mahkamah untuk dihukum !
